Return Policy

This return policy is applicable to products for sale on the https://ejohnrobinson.com website.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase so we can process your return.

Types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

In certain situations only partial refunds can be granted:

  • DVD or CD
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that's returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, unfortunately.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us and we will provide the return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver, and s/he'll find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at support@seascapelessons.com and we will provide the address to send your order to.

You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live. If you're shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we'll process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within just a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, keep in mind the processing time entailed before a refund posts officially.

After waiting a few (business) days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you’ve done all of the steps above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
